Visas upon arrival are for citizens who do not have a Kazakh embassy or consulate in their country. You must have an invitation letter and pay the fee. A visa upon arrival is available at the airports of Aktau, Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, and the Oral. Visa points are only open from Monday to Saturday during working hours. It is recommended to book flights that land during these hours if you receive a visa on arrival.
