Abdulaziz Khan Madrasah is an architectural monument in the historical center of Bukhara, erected in 1651-1652 by order of the Uzbek ruler Abdulaziz Khan. It is believed that the building played a significant role in the formation of Central Asian architecture.
He makes up a pair ensemble from the Ulugbek Madrasah. The entrance is distinguished by its high and rich exterior ornament, in which yellow paint was used for the first time.
On the walls of the madrasah there are images of the Chinese dragon and the bird of happiness Semurg, here you can also read poems by outstanding poets. In the madrasah there are two mosques – winter and summer, decorated with exceptional luxury.
