The climate of Uzbekistan can be defined as sharply continental.
Summers are long, hot and dry. July and August are considered the hottest months, the temperature heats up to + 40-45 degrees, the average temperature ranges from +35 to +45 degrees. There is practically no precipitation in summer, the air humidity is low and a hot dry wind blows.
Winter is relatively warm and lasts for about two months. The temperature in winter can drop to -8 degrees and below, and in the mountainous regions of the country – to -20 degrees. The average temperature ranges from +10 to -8 degrees.
In autumn, the air temperature ranges from +5 to +20 degrees and lasts from October to December.
In spring, the temperature reaches +20 degrees, it rains and there are winds.
The most favorable time for traveling to Uzbekistan is considered to be the spring and autumn months, when the country is not yet very hot and the climate is milder.
