The name of the reservoir is literally translated as a “green lake”. This interesting attraction belongs to the territory of the Chon Kemin. The altitude is about 3 km 200 m. In the light of the sun, the waters of this alpine lake acquire a wonderful emerald hue, for which the pond got its name.
It should be noted that the green lake is seen only from afar. Upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that the water in it is transparent, like a tear. Around the lake lie gigantic mountains and coniferous forests.
