Naryn Reserve

Naryn State Reserve is a specially protected natural territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, which is located in the Naryn and At-Bashi districts of the Naryn region at the source of the Naryn River, as well as covers a hillside forest of the Naryn-Too mountain range.

The total area of ​​the reserve is about 37 thousand hectares. The main task of the reserve is the protection and preservation of coniferous forests and alpine meadows.
On the territory of the Naryn reserve, there are unique kind plant – Schrenk spruce, and the Tien Shan subspecies of deer.

On the reserve, we can meet different animals – argali, wolf, red deer, roe deer, leopard, and many others.
