Alamedin Gorge

This point on the map of Kyrgyzstan is a favourite vacation spot for locals and tourists. The distance from Bishkek is only 30 km. Alamedin is famous for its diverse flora. The height above sea level varies from 1800 to 2000 meters.

In this area, you can find emerald succulent meadows, and juniper groves, and birch forest belts. Blackcurrant, sea-buckthorn, rosehip, barberry thickets are everywhere. In the Alamedin gorge, flows the river the same name.

People living in the capital call these places nothing more than “Hot Springs”. All thanks to a healing spring with warm mineral water, located in the vicinity of the gorge.

The territory has a swimming pool, which is filled with healing water. It maintains a temperature regime of 30 degrees Celsius.
