Natural Park Ala Archa is located 41 km south of the city of Bishkek, at an altitude of 1600-4800 m and covers an area of over 2,200 hectares. The name of the park in the Kyrgyz language means “speckled juniper” in honour of plant grown here almost every step.
This is a great place to have a picnic by the river and escape from the city and the beautiful landscapes of foothill steppes and mountain forests will help tourists get an unforgettable aesthetic pleasure. It also paved mountain trails for hikers, operates a camp for climbers.
