Itinerary
Day 1. Airoport - Tashkent

Flight from homeland to Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Arrival in Tashkent.

Welcome by the driver at Tashkent International Airport. Transfer (check-in at/ after 14:00) to hotel.

Free day. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2. Tashkent

Breakfast. Starting the sightseeing at the capital city. We visit places such as Khast Imam Complex Spiritual heart of Tashkent (16-20centuary); Barak Khan madrasah which has oldest extant copies of the Quran; Chorsu bazaar – one of the busiest bazaars in Tashkent.

Lunch break.

After we take a ride at metro soviet and modern designed underground. We visit Amir Temur Square, statue of Amir Temur was placed on site in 1994 and Independence square, favorite resting place for residents.

Day 3. Tashkent – Urgench – Khiva (domestic flight)

Breakfast.

Morning flight from Tashkent to Urgench at 07:00. Our driver will transfer you to the airport at 05:00, then transfer from Urgench to Khiva 30 min.
Sightseeing starts from entering the Ata gates at Itchan Kala. We go to Juma Mosque, 10th-18th century mosque in Khiva; Kunya Ark fortress which was Khiva rules residence and citadel; Kalta Minor – Khivas unfinished minaret clad in turquoise tiles; Mohammed Amin Khan Madrasah built in 1851 and now it’s a hotel; Tash-Kauli Palace, harem built in 1832-1841.

Lunch time break.

After we visit Mausoleum of Pahlavan Mahmud, richly decorated; Mausoleum of Sayid Allauddin – the tomb of a famous Nakhshbandi; Madrasah of Islam-Khodja and biggest minaret in Khiva; Madrasah of AllaKuli Khan – the facade is decorated with Corasmia-like majolica in shades of black and white and blue.

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your guide at 09:00. Walking tour.

We visit Ismail Samani mausoleum, one of the oldest buildings (10th century); Chashma Ayub mausoleum also known as a Museum of water; Bolo-Hauz mosque built in 1712 and looks elegant and splendid. After we disocver Ark Fortress where king khans use to live; Poi-Kalyan complex (madrasah, mosque, minaret); Ulug Beg Madrasah, one of the first madrasa built in 1417; Abdulaziz Khan Madrasah, a medieval madrasah built in 1651; Ark Fortress – the spectacular looking Ark a royal town with in a town

Lunch time break.

Then we go to Tim Abdullah Khan, an old trading Dome; Magok-I Attari Mosque, the oldest building in Bukhara (12th century); Lyabi-Hauz – locals favourite place to come and spent time

Day 6. Bukhara – Samarkand (car or train)

Places to visit: Chor Minor Mosque which has a unusual but unique look (four minarets); Naqshbandi Complex, most religious place and always crowded.

Lunch time break.

Then we go to Sitora-i-Mokhi-Khosa Palace, summer residence of Bukharas Emir; Chor-Bakr Complex, ancient cemetery equal to 3 hectares. Take evening drive to Samarkand (265 km). Or train at 15:45, arrive to Samarkand at 17:30.

Day 7. Samarkand

Starting the sightseeing from heart of old city. We go to Guri Amir Mausoleum of Timurid Dynasty (most iconic place for locals) built by order of Amir Temur in 1403- 1405; Registan square which has three madrasahs; Ulugbek madrasah (1420) at that time biggest in Asia; Sherdor madrasah (1636) first madrasah built by locals; Tilla-Kori madrasah (1646) inner domes gilted with gold.

Lunch time break.

After we go to Bibi Khanum Mosque, the biggest at that time (1399); Siab Bazaar, oldest keep operating bazaar in Samarkand; Shahi Zinda Complex, a magnificent architecture of XI to XIX century with over 20 buildings.

Day 8. Samarkand - Tashkent (train)

Meet your guide at 09:00. Places to visit: Ulugbek observatory was centre of astonomical study in central Asia. Observatory was 3 stories and built in 1420s; Mausoleum of Hodja Daniyar, the place where three world religions will come to visit Judaism, Islam and Christianity and Afrasiab Museum.

Lunch break.

Then we go to Konigil village, ancient paper factory is where the ancient factory of paper for writing was built at the beginning of the 8th century. Take evening train to Tashkent. Transfer to hotel.
