Hi everyone! My name is Zarina, and I joined Travel Land family 2.5 years ago. Before that, I worked abroad for many years. When I joined Travel Land, I felt a renewed love for my homeland. My role is to ensure that all the tours are perfect since the first planning, and positive customer feedback. I am the person organizing the team, cooperating with the partners and ensuring that all is planned and within the budget. In this period, I have managed to arrange over a dozen personal and team tours. But what I love most about my job is organizing motorcycle tours - there is a special magic to it. I really enjoy the process when everything comes together: the route, the people, the emotions. And the most valuable thing is to see how the participants are energized by this drive and the freedom of the road. I love making our clients' trips even more comfortable. I spend my free time actively - I do fitness and dancing. This helps me maintain my energy and inspiration for new ideas.

In personal life he is an active cycling enthusiast who loves nature and frequently rides his bike. Spending time cycling outside the city helps him maintain a high level of stress resistance and emotional balance. This active lifestyle allows him to approach problem-solving in tense situations with a calm and constructive demeanor. Artem enjoys an active lifestyle and dedicates his free time to his family and his hobbies. This commitment helps him maintain his reliability and resilience.

This sparked my curiosity about secrets of nature, the behavior of animals, and the traditions and culture of nomadic people — where ancient customs, Islamic values, and modern secular views are intertwined. This environment inspired me to share the beauty and richness of my homeland with others- to tell stories about its people and spirit, and at the same time, to learn from other cultures, experiences, and perspectives from around the world. This passion naturally led me to study history and take part in archaeological expeditions across Kyrgyzstan. My living and working experience abroad strengthened my intentions to unite people through traveling and this led me to Travel Land where I am now organizing tours to Central Asia.
