Ruh Ordo

In Cholpon-Ata town, right on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul in 2002 year was built a unique cultural center Ruh Ordo on outdoors.

Translated from Kyrgyz language Rukh-Ordo means "spiritual center."

Cultural Center Rukh-Ordo gives every visitor the possibility of spiritual development and self-knowledge, and combines elements of various cultures and religions. Ruh Ordo Cultural Center named in honour of famous Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aitmatov.

The complex Ruh Ordo is a large concert hall with unique acoustics, which often hosts concerts and cultural events. From the shore built pier, where there are four pavilions, symbolizing the four cardinal points or four seasons.
