Issyk-Ata gorge

Issyk-Ata gorge, located on 77 km from the capital of Kyrgyzstan, is famous for its mineral springs and geothermal. There is the famous resort, is used to treat many different ailments healing power local water.

On these properties, people knew even in ancient times, which proves that the image of the Buddha-healer, carved in stone, dated, presumably, a period II-VII centuries.
The gorge is surrounded by mountains that rise to a height transition zone in the beautiful green alpine meadows. The bottom of the gorge along and across riverbeds indented mountain streams, there are several small waterfalls.
