We rented a car from the company and had a great time for most of the journey. The car was perfect and reliable.
On the second last day, we had an unfortunate accident due to poor driving of another car on the road. We whatsapped the team and Artem from the company arrived at the scene within 15 minutes. He did everything he could to help us handle the situation. Although it was certainly an unhappy experience, Artem's professionalism and friendliness made it as worry-free as it could be for us. I never imagined a car rental company could offer such amazing customer service in the event of an accident.
Travel Land is truly amazing and exceeded all our expectations right from the start. Do consider them if you ever need a car in Kyrgyzstan. I know I will visit them again for sure.
TL team, thank you again!
